I'm currently in Staten Island, NY visiting some family and friends and finally caught the new Peter Jackson movie, District 9. Now I am definitely more of a comedy guy but this movie was seriously dope. A great film that at first appears to come off as a reality documentary and then eases into action and suspense. The touch of comedy thrown in definitely kept me guessing on the message they were trying to get across. Overall, Peter Jackson's representation of how aliens and humans coexist was done exceptionally well. And with no big name stars the film is even more believable. Definitely check it out, awesome flic with room for a sequel.
