NHL Media Day: Martin Brodeur x NJ Devils

It's about that time, after an incredible Stanley Cup playoff, we find ourselves at the final two. I am proud to post that this year, my New Jersey Devil's have the honor to play for their forth Stanley Cup in team history. Led by some young talent, a coy head coach, and the greatest goalie to ever play, the Devils are in a great position to raise lord Stanley once again. Their opponents? The high flying L.A. Kings. A team that was made famous by superstar Wayne Gretzky back in the 90's, but unfortunately never got a chance to kiss the cup. I am expecting a well fought battle as game 1 begins tonight at 8pm.

Above you can view the media day press conference from veteran hall of famer Martin Brodeur. I had the pleasure of meeting this man twice in my life from autograph signings at local Jersey shopping malls. He was not only someone I admired but often imitated during my youth hockey days. Watching this playoff run has really gave me a sense of nostalgia, and I could not be happier to witness his chance to earn the Devils one final championship before hanging up his skates for good. My prediction, Devils in 6.  Let's go Devils! #REDNATION
